1. Academic Honor Code

MockHero is dedicated to helping you honestly evaluate your preparation level. To make our rankings, national percentiles, and score sheets accurate and fair for everyone, you agree to:

• Attempt all live mocks, sectional tests, and full-length test series without using external search engines, help books, or assistance from other individuals.
• Never share answers, solutions, or explanation text on online forums or social media while a live national mock test is active.
• Acknowledge that any simulated rank lists or score analysis reports are intended for your self-evaluation and should not be falsified.

2. Account Ownership & Integrity (No-Sharing Policy)

When you register on MockHero, your account is for your personal use only.

• One Account per User: Sharing credentials with friends, classmates, or study groups is strictly prohibited.
• IP & Login Tracking: Our security system monitors login patterns. If an account is logged in from multiple devices/locations concurrently, it may trigger an automatic security lock.
• Suspension: Accounts found violating this sharing policy will be permanently suspended without any refund.

3. Fair Usage & Scraping Bans

The questions, answers, step-by-step solutions, and short-tricks provided on MockHero are compiled by exam experts after weeks of validation.

• You may not use crawl programs, scrapers, data-mining tools, or bots to fetch test pages or question databases.
• Any bulk copying of practice questions for database aggregation or training competitor models will result in immediate suspension, blocking of the culprit IP range, and legal escalation.

4. Test & Package Access Durations

Every purchased test series or mock package comes with a specific validity period (e.g. 6 months, 1 year, or until the scheduled date of the target exam).

• Once the validity period expires, access to the questions and attempt portals is closed.
• Extensions of validity are not granted under ordinary circumstances.
