Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: July 9, 2026MockHero is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make competitive government exam preparation accessible to all aspirants.
1. Conformity Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
MockHero is partially conformant with **WCAG 2.1 Level AA**. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard (e.g. complex mathematical graphs or interactive timer components), but we are actively working on resolving these.
2. Keyboard & Screen Reader Navigation
To provide a premium experience for all aspirants, we have optimized key sections of our test-taking interface:
- Keyboard Friendly: You can navigate through mock exam questions, choice selections, and final submission dialogues using standard keyboard controls (such as
Tab,Space, andEnter). - Screen Reader Compliance: We aim to use proper HTML5 semantic markup, descriptive button labels, and appropriate
aria-liveannouncements for timer clocks and score alerts. - Color Contrast: Our core theme colors are styled to offer sufficient contrast ratios to accommodate users with low-contrast sensitivity or visual impairments.
3. Feedback and Support
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of MockHero. If you encounter accessibility barriers or need assistance attempting mock tests:
Email: help@mockhero.in
Response Time: We try to respond to accessibility reports within 3-5 business days and provide custom solutions or alternative formats where possible.
