2. Permitted Use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content solely for their personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may:

• Access purchased or subscribed content during your active subscription period.

• Download materials only where explicitly permitted.

• Print content for your personal study, where allowed by the Platform.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

3. Prohibited Activities

Without prior written permission from MockHero, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content.

• Record, screen capture, or photograph video lectures or live classes for redistribution.

• Share login credentials or allow others to access your account.

• Upload or distribute MockHero content on websites, social media, messaging apps, cloud storage services, or file-sharing platforms.

• Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content.

• Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or watermarks.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes.

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, spiders, or AI systems to collect or extract content or data from the Platform without authorization.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass technical measures used to protect our content.

4. Watermarking and Monitoring

To protect our intellectual property, MockHero may implement security measures including:

• Visible or invisible digital watermarks.

• User-specific identifiers embedded in downloadable materials.

• Access logs and usage analytics.

• Device and session monitoring.

• Anti-copy and anti-screen-capture technologies, where technically feasible.

• Detection of unusual account activity.

These measures help identify unauthorized distribution and misuse of our content.

5. Account Sharing

Each subscription is intended for use by a single registered user.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Sharing usernames or passwords.

• Simultaneous access from multiple users beyond reasonable personal use.
